Chop in food processor:
- 1.5 cups frozen corn
- 6 oz cheddar cheese
Mix in bowl:
- Corn/cheese mixture
- 3/4 cup flour
- 1 egg
- Salt
Add until mixture turns into a stiff batter:
- Milk
Heat a pan with a little bit of oil in the bottom over medium heat. Cook like pancakes. The batter will need to be spread out a little bit--oiling the spoon would probably help but I was too lazy. Flip when you'd flip a pancake: bottom is nicely browned, and the bubbles in the batter have solidified.
